Last week PEPSQUAD hosted a Doggy De-Stress Day, The event was meant to help employees take a paws from their busy Monday and let go for a few minutes.

And let’s be honest, dogs? Obviously, the best thing to get us through a Monday!

Doggy De-Stress Day helped serve as a reminder of the many ways that we can destress. Whether it be a quick walk, jamming out to your favourite playlist, or welcoming a miniature horse (aka Rufus the dog) into your boardroom, be sure to take some time to focus on your wellbeing.

If you didn’t get to join in, here are some tips and tricks from PEPSQUAD to help you de-stress at work!
1. Create a to-do list.
2. Finish the tough stuff first!
3. Turn on mood boosting music to help you get through it!
4. Take five to do something lighthearted.
5. Stretch or take a quick walk!
6. Meditate to help yourself relax.
